The canvas itself is made from 380gsm unbleached pure cotton duck, offering a strong and textured surface ideal for detailed brushwork. It undergoes a glue-sized preparation to ensure optimal paint adhesion, creating a smooth yet reliable foundation for the artist’s work. To further enhance the quality, the canvas is triple titanium white primed with gesso, ensuring superior paint coverage and longevity while preserving the vibrancy of the artwork for years to come.

    As all original artworks are custom made, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please ensure you choose carefully before placing your order.

    Damaged Artwork

    • If your order is damaged during transit, we will be in contact to discuss refund. 

    • Please note: To process a return, we require photo evidence of damage to both the exterior packaging and the item itself.

    • Return claims for damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.

    • Any original work sent internationally that is damaged in transit cannot be returned or refunded.
